Sporting midfielder Manuel Ugarte is close to moving to another club.
It is reported that PSG is claiming the 22-year-old Uruguayan, but London Chelsea, who are also interested in Ugarte, intends to fight him.
The Parisians estimate the Sporting midfielder at 60 million euros.
