45-year-old specialist Paolo Bianco, who was part of the coaching staff of Roberto De Zerbi at Shakhtar in the 2021/22 season, plans to start an independent coaching career at the end of this season.
Since July 2022, Bianco has been part of the coaching staff of Massimiliano Allegri at Juventus, but Paolo has already notified his current boss and club management of his desire to terminate the contract ahead of schedule, calculated until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Bianco plans to get the post of head coach of an Italian Serie B or Serie C team. He thought about this immediately after leaving Shakhtar, but then received an invitation from Allegri and decided to temporarily abandon such an idea.
