Filippo Inzaghi, 49, who heads Reggina in Italy, will replace compatriot Andrea Pirlo as head coach of Turkish club Fatih Karagumruk.
The Turks allegedly already agreed with Filippo Inzaghi on cooperation. The management of Fatih Karagumruk also contacted Gennaro Gattuso, but Inzaghi remained a priority option for them.
Andrea Pirlo has been with Fatih Karagumruk since June 2022. About his departure from the team became known a few days ago.
Fatih Karagumruk is 9th in the Turkish Championship standings with 44 points after 33 matches.
