Former Lviv head coach Oleg Dulub spoke about the reasons for Dynamo Kyiv’s current standings, highlighting Mircea Lucescu’s health problems.
“Absolutely not. I was 90 percent sure that it was the people of Kiev who would win the UPL. The key for the team in this championship is, oddly enough, neither the health of the players, but the condition of its head coach.
Those who are familiar with Mircea’s diagnosis from personal experience understand how such a hip problem can affect life and work capacity. I think that the Romanian specialist is now working at no more than 15% of his capacity,” said Dulub.
