Honored coach of Ukraine Jozsef Szabo shared his expectations from the central match of the 28th round of the Ukrainian Premier League between Zorya Lugansk and Shakhtar Donetsk.
“I expect that the match between Zorya and Shakhtar will be interesting, because Patrick van Leeuwen’s team is on the move now. And in general, I see that the Lugansk team has a certain ease in the game, which means that they have a well-organized training process.
As for the players and Shakhtar’s play, it’s worth saying that lately they have been somehow not very fresh, let’s say so. Jovićević’s team stopped running at the end of the championship. In my opinion, Shakhtar look weak in recent games. Yes, they will win, but I don’t see Shakhtar’s usual game.
Although I myself was sure a month ago that Shakhtar would win the championship. Now it is the Dnipro-1 players who look fresher, in my subjective opinion. Therefore, it is far from certain that Shakhtar will become champions. Gold can be won by both Dnepr-1 and Zorya.
If we predict the outcome of the face-to-face confrontation between Zorya and Shakhtar, then I think that either the Donetsk side will beat the Luhansk team, or vice versa. There will be no draw,” Szabo believes.
